Exchange window

• Exchange is available within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and uncut, with the original receipt/packaging.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

• Cut / measured fabric (once cut to length, it cannot be resold)
• Sale / discounted / clearance items
• Stitched-to-order or customised items
• Items that have been washed, used, or damaged after delivery

Wrong or defective item

If you receive a wrong or defective/faulty item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement.

Refunds

We generally offer exchange or store credit rather than cash refunds. A refund is only given where a replacement is not possible for a wrong/defective item. Refunds (where applicable) are processed via the same method you paid with, within a few business days.

How to request an exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp at 03228722232 with your order details.
2. Share a photo of the item and the reason.
3. We will guide you on returning the item and sending the replacement.

Delivery charges

Return/exchange delivery charges are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is wrong or defective (then we cover it).
